Only raise or reraise in limit hold’em

We know that this assumption can correctly be challenged but for now for our puposes at this level of play, we buy into it.

The idea came from an introductory DVD produced by Howard Leaderer.  I freely admit that I am from the old school of poker players and certainly not in Howard’s class.  But when he discussed reading David Sklanky’s primer Hold’em Poker, it took me back.  

We are here applying the keep it simple formula.  One idea is to establish an aggressive image.
